Closing A Sale
- get deposit over phone

- confirm address (get from client info on PocketSuite) + ask if a gate code is needed to get into the neighborhood or onto the property
​
- have client select harness color (you select size, ask Sandra if not sure)
​
- schedule client (remind them first session lasts about 1.5-2 hours)
​
- let client know about
~ sending the remaining balance of their program/package in an invoice (don't forget to change reminder settings & make a Negative Adjustment for their deposit)
~ 2 contracts coming their way
~ first session instructions (prep treats, have dog securely put away upon your arrival, don't worry about the PB rule with you), client will get an e-mail with these instructions

- ask if they have any questions

- end call with confirming date & time of first appt (see you guys on Tuesday, March 3 at 4:00 pm) and peace out
​
- submit intake form & make sure that contracts and invoice are sent
